Managing, directing, implementing, and providing consultancy services for the establishment of a new production facility based on our customers' expectations or our evaluations. This includes:
- Determining physical and visual selections for the new production site based on the current production needs.
- Preparing the architectural project in 3D or 2D (Layout) according to the selected and/or decided features.
- Guiding and overseeing the construction of the production site based on the architectural projects.
- Simultaneously identifying and procuring the machinery and equipment needs for the production site.
- Defining the profile for human resources placement and providing consultancy services during the selection process.
